lovely stay!

helpful staff food option

The bus stop is conveniently located across from the entrance. This was super helpful. a spar supermarket is also located nearby! i enjoyed the pool and poolside bar and found the staff helpful. i visited a single bar near the hotel, there seemed to be plenty of options for food and drink too.

The rooms felt a little dark. They could use additional lighting. the rooms on our wing did not get much sun. there were not enough small tables for the sunbeds.

The 24-hour reception was very convenient and helpful. The staff was available at all times. the cleaning staff came most days which was very welcome. They kept the rooms tidy and comfortable. the reception staff provided assistance with various requests.

worn bathroom no towel replacement

The bathroom definitely needs some updating. The equipment looked worn. I also found it really frustrating that towels weren't changed until I asked. Even though I left them on the floor after three days, the used towels were removed, but no clean ones were provided. This really bothered me.

the hotel rooms offered sufficient storage. a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and hairdryer were included. the hotel had good position for local services and i found it very helpful. i also appreciated the free air conditioning, it was adequate.

our balcony faced the garden. a very large tree blocked sunlight throughout the day. i found this inconvenient.

The location proved convenient, with nearby grocery options (the Spar shop opposite was well-stocked). I liked the spacious apartment. The pool area was great. I found good availability of pool deck chairs at any time.

The kitchen area was small. It lacked sufficient counter space for preparing meals.

a pleasant experience

large pool clean pool convenient location quiet atmosphere

i found the pool very large and clean. the hotel's location is close to local shops and restaurants. it was quiet at night, which i appreciated. the beach is approximately a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

I noticed some repairs around the hotel. For example, i observed bits of ceiling had been glued back into place, though it didn't greatly affect my stay.
